About your Oder
If you are a member, please log in using your member ID before shopping. Non-members should shop as a visitor.
What is Express Checkout?
Go to View Shopping Cart ---> and you will see an item called Express Checkout. If you have a registered Pay system (Amazon Pay or PayPal) other than a credit card, you can use this to easily shop without entering your address.
If you wish to pay by credit card instead of paying by various types of payment, please proceed to the following (or) input the shipping address etc. After entering the address etc., the card information entry screen will appear.
After completing your order, we will send you an order completion email. If you do not receive the e-mail, please check your junk e-mail holder and contact us.
About Shipping
We do shipping on weekdays, but if you place an order and it is in stock, we will ship it within 3 business days from the same day.
Refund/Return Policy
In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with the product, or if you receive a product that is different from your order, please contact us first within 7 days of receiving it. We will contact you regarding subsequent replacements. Please note that we will not be able to accept your request if you do not contact us and return it.
We do not accept returns due to customer's convenience or products that have been used once.
About delivery note / receipt
We do not issue paper delivery notes from the viewpoint of environmentally friendly paperless offices and protection of personal information. Please bring the shipping email and use it instead of the delivery note. If you need a receipt, we can make it by attaching a PDF to an email, so if you need it, please let us know when you place an order.
About accidental ingestion and accidental ingestion of cats
